We'll step in before the big day to understand every detail of your plans, liaise with your suppliers, create a seamless timeline and become the main point of contact, so you don't have to answer a single question on your wedding day.

What to Expect
Before your wedding, we'll get to know every detail of your plans so that, when the day arrives, we can step in as though we've been part of your journey from the very beginning.
Unlike many on-the-day coordinators who only step in during the final weeks, we stay in touch throughout your planning journey with catch-ups around six months, three months and again in the lead-up to your wedding. This means we're on hand to offer guidance, answer questions and help you get the very best from your venue and suppliers.
Together, we'll create a detailed timeline for your day and share it with all of your suppliers, ensuring everyone is on the same page and knows exactly what to expect before the big day arrives.
We'll coordinate your suppliers, oversee your timeline, manage set-up, guide your guests where needed, troubleshoot any last-minute surprises and ensure everything happens exactly when and how it should.
Our role is to keep everything running effortlessly while remaining quietly in the background, allowing you, your family and your wedding party to be completely present throughout the day.
Most couples have us with them for around 10–12+ hours, although every wedding is different. We'll discuss exactly what your day requires during our consultation and tailor our support to suit your plans.
Investment
Our On the Day Coordination service starts from £1,250.
Every wedding is unique, so the final investment depends on the logistics of your day, the level of support required and whether additional members of our team are needed.
Following your initial consultation, you'll receive a bespoke proposal tailored specifically to your wedding, ensuring you receive the right level of support to bring your vision to life with complete confidence.
